KOEL Green team is committed to providing a transparent, seamless and peace-of-mind experience during pre-purchase and ownership stage for every single customer. In addition to inherited Kirloskar values of trust and integrity, KOEL Green team boasts of deep experience and technical competency to support every customer application. Today, the channel is supported by state-of-the-art Inquiry, Order and Asset management software platform (CRM), which connects with customers at every stage of the process.

Inquiry Management:

  • Every inquiry (from showroom walk-in to web search) is promptly logged in CRM. The platform prompts the channel to stay connected with buyers at regular intervals.
  • Before giving price quotation, KOEL Green channel will insist on undertaking a load study / load assessment to recommend the right size and configuration of Generator. This is a mandatory process and without any extra charge.
  • KOEL Green team is technically trained to resolve customers’ all technical queries as the technical specifications are being finalized.
  • Post-load assessment, quotations in KOEL standard format shall be given to you. KOEL channel firmly believes in fair price policy.
  • Apart from Generator, KOEL offers standard switchgear and AMF products for the back-up power application and can offer customized solutions to meet specific requirements.

Order Management:

  • At the time of order booking, it is expected that an advance payment is made to the authorized channel entity. Order confirmation and advance amount are logged in CRM by the channel member and an automated SMS confirmation with these details is sent to the registered mobile number of the customer.
  • KOEL is committed to providing 7-days delivery of the Generator once the order formalities are completed. This facility leverages KOEL’s globally-acclaimed production system and is aimed to benefit the customers through effective time and working capital management.
  • Through top-class manufacturing facilities at authorized GOEMs, KOEL quality system ensures consistent quality and specifications in each of the CPCB compliant Generators delivered across India.
  • KOEL Green channel is trained and geared to undertake Generator installation, Exhaust system design & erection, power delivery & system integration in addition to product supply.
  • For HHP Generators, KOEL Service team undertakes mandatory site assessment prior to installation of Generator. This facility is free of charge to customers.
  • At the time of Generator delivery, KOEL Green team will undertake free-of-charge commissioning (including KRM where equipped), explanation of warranty terms and good maintenance practices.
  • KOEL undertakes installation health check-up audits at customer premises to ensure proper installation, connection and hand-over of the Generators.
  • Upon successful commissioning, the Generator as an asset gets logged against the sales order (PRF Process) and the asset becomes visible to KOEL’s Product Support network. Once PRF is done, a welcome call to customers will acknowledge the completion of registration.

Asset Management:

  • KOEL Gensets are provided with comprehensive warranty as per terms given in the policy. Specific free services are also provided with every fresh generator purchase. Users can contact KOEL Care center for further details.
  • KOEL has a well woven network of service touch-points across the markets. KOEL invests continually in technician training and facility upgradation of the network.
  • KOEL service network ensure prompt availability of genuine spares and consumables such as manufacturer recommended special lube oils and coolants.
  • KOEL offers an array of AMC/CAMC packages to offer peace-of-mind ownership experience. Unique Bandhan package is a flexible AMC program which can be tailored to suit the specific application and usage patterns.
  • Customers can demand product support by a simple call to the KOEL Care Center. The service requests are logged in CRM and tracked till satisfactory closure.
